Development of a 1930s semi-detached house in Ealing, West London, The original 88sqm, two-storey property was built using solid brick walls and single glazing throughout. The property was split it into two dwellings in 2011/12. The alterations were designed and carried out to meet the PassivHaus Standard (new build).A truly self-built, pioneering development with a lot of hands on experience from the owners.
